Foaming and compression molding
Use model SR-R02/SR-R03-02 regenerated cotton machine.Automatically mix the crushed sponge particles with an appropriate amount of adhesive.
The mixed raw materials are poured into the mold and hot-pressed. Under high temperature conditions, the elasticity and viscosity of the cotton will be better, and it can be sterilized and the production efficiency will be higher.
Cooling makes the recycled cotton solidify and form.
Cutting processing
Use model SR-S/SR-V03 to trim the formed recycled cotton to remove the
uneven edges and sell it in one piece.
