The SR-CL Foam Curved Conveyor Line is specifically designed for transporting sponges efficiently, especially in production environments with limited space or complex layouts. This system smoothly transfers sponges from one area to another, overcoming the challenge of navigating around corners. Unlike traditional conveyor systems, the curved design helps optimize factory space usage by minimizing congestion and providing flexible integration with other equipment.

The system is customizable to meet different production needs. It can accommodate varying sizes and weights of sponges and features adjustable angles (30°, 45°, 60°, 90°, and 180°) for curved paths. With guide barriers on both sides, the system prevents sponges from falling off, ensuring smooth and secure transportation.
