1. Loading: Foam materials with diameters ranging from 700 mm to 1500 mm are placed onto the machine’s compression platform.
2. Compression: The machine applies uniform pressure across the foam’s surface, compressing it to a reduced diameter between 350 mm and 750 mm. This compression is achieved through a combination of mechanical force and precise control systems, ensuring the foam maintains its integrity and quality.
