The SR-R02 Re-Bonding Foam Machine is engineered to recycle foam waste by converting it into high-density re-bonded sponge blocks. This process is essential for producing materials suitable for furniture cushioning, mattresses, and various padding applications. The machine integrates crushing, mixing, and steam-assisted compression molding into a streamlined assembly line, significantly enhancing production efficiency.

Working Principle:

The mixing blades operate at 40 revolutions per minute, ensuring thorough and uniform integration of the adhesive with the foam particles.

Steam is introduced to soften the foam particles, enhancing their bonding capability. A hydraulic system then applies controlled pressure to compress the mixture, forming solid blocks of re-bonded sponge with the desired density and structural integrity.

This integrated process allows for the continuous production of re-bonded sponge blocks, with the steam-assisted molding significantly improving bonding strength and production speed.
